Krey Field is located in sunny Adelanto California.

Directions to Airfield:

From Los Angeles: Go North on 5, North on 14 (30 miles), then East on Pearblossom Highway (5 1/2 miles). Make a right (continuing East) on 138 (18 miles), then left at the 'Y', onto Highway 18 for 9 1/2 miles. Make a left (North) onto Sheep Creek Rd (4 1/2 miles), and East on Parkdale (dirt road) for 1 mile. The field is on the right.

From the Inland Empire take interstate 15 North to Hwy 395 North, at the fourth light turn left on Palmdale Road, go about 10 miles and watch for a flashing red light, at the next intersection turn right on to Sheep Creek Road, turn right on to Parkdale Road (dirt, look for a white tubular post with a small orange wind sock attached,  the street name is printed upon the white post).  Go approximately 1 mile to airport which is located to the right.  Look for a small group of buildings.  A sign marking Krey Field announces your arrival.  Follow the dirt road around a left hand curve to the white gate and airstrip.

Optional route to the airport:    Interstate 15 North to Highway 138, turn left on Hwy 138 towards Wrightwood,  take Phelan exit right which is Sheep Creek road, follow Sheep Creek Road to Parkdale and turn right, follow to airfield as described above.
